The out-of-hours service operates a patient questionnaire and monitors responses on a weekly basis. The patient questionnaire is anonymous, but patients who wish to continue discussion of a particular issue do have the option to leave their contact details so that we can follow up, initially by telephone or email, to conclusion.
If you want to make a complaint about our service, we ask you to speak to the service manager in the first instance.
Sian about Warwickshire Out of Hours, March, 2016Today, 28th March I saw a GP called Dr Ria? After being sent in and out of hospital for the last week and a half I was at the end of my Teather! I felt like no-one was listening to me, or taking me seriously, however Dr Ria listened to me made me feel at ease and diagnosed something different, then gave me the correct medication for what I was suffering. I would just like to say thank you very much, she didn't make me feel stupid or like I was wasting her time. More Dr's should be like this!
A Previous Out of Hours Patient, March, 2014The staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease…really lovely staff with excellent knowledge. Quick and helpful and made me feel better for going.
